Amazing location. All the important sightseeing locations were at a walkable distance. Good food options close by.
My absolute favorite hostel out of any hostel in the world. The vibe, the security, the cleanliness, the staff. Wow. Just wow. These guys have just started this hostel but it has more character & work put into it in the last 2 months than any other hostel has in 10x that amount of time. I helped them carry up a handmade table that took 4 strong men to carry it. Everything is quality built & the staff are really looking to make sure you have a good time.
Very cool place close to many places to eat, Patty and of course sightseeing. One of the best assets it has are the staff members since they are incredibly nice and kind. The dog is also really cute!
If I ever go back to Budapest, I will surely come back to Das Nest. This is not like an other hostel. It is structured and ran very differently. The hostel is located at the top of an apartment complex building. Upon arrival you will not find a front desk, though you will find a well designed beautiful shared space....oh and maybe a dog :) You will definitely feel like you are at home...with some hippies. My only cirtic about Das Nest is it not well marked and can be hard to find initially.
Awesome place, very kind and helpful staff. The location is also great, close to metro/bus/tram lines and vivid nightlife. I really enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure if I stay in Budapest again :)
Location is perfect and just a couple off min to walk to the city center or you can take the metro. There lots of restaurants or fast food places around, same as a supermarket and bakeries. The atmosphere is amazing! It’s just like being home, super cozy and there is a kitchen with everything you need. Staff is really helpful and friendly and always ready for a chitchat! The common area is great to meet other travelers and a perfect spot to chill. Would definitely stay there again!
Somewhere in the middle of Budapest, they build a Nest. Settled in the top of a building close to everything you need, but far away enough to feel completely at ease. They build it with a lot of love for details, made it look stylish-industroriental and provided it with all the practicalities you need to make you never want to leave again <3
Absolutely the best place to stay in budapest. people are awesome, the hostel is beautifully decorated, with a lot of style and personal devotion. thank you for everything! i´ll come back for sure!!!
